Less than 5 years ago, WeWork was worth nearly $50 billion and one of the hottest IPOs of all time.
Today, the stock is down 99.7% since its IPO and is set to drop below $1/share.
WeWork lost $694 million in the first half of this year and remains unprofitable.
It's both fascinating and terrifying how quickly this company collapsed.
Yet another sign that commercial real estate is in trouble.
