Whilst interest rate remains elevated for longer, I will remain invested in Fullerton Cashplus funds to capture stable returns.
As 10Y bond yields have rose to 4.72% recently, I will be on the lookout for a good entry point to $iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF(TLT.US)$. The idea is to reap some monthly dividends and to gain capital appreciation when interest rate eventually falls. If I do indeed hold a position in the near future, I certainly wont hold for long term as...

My secret investment strategy is to just follow what Moomoo's earnings hub reports say, so far my moofolio that tracks companies with recent earnings beats + good guidance has outperformed the S&P 500.
Do note that it may not be 100% accurate as this is just a simulation.
Regardless i do plan on following this investment portfolio in the near future when i have sufficient capital.
Here is a screenshot of the latest Moomoo earnings hub reports, what were look...

The best portfolio now is to buy into Magnificent Seven. Now is the technology lead, all the companies in Magnificent 7 are great companies and will have high growth.
If in doubt, just invest in S&P 500. The index auto balance the portfolio every now and then and you don't have to worry about rebalancing your portfolio.
And what's the fastest way to hit million dollar portfolio? Just deposit $1000000 into Moomoo and buy whatever stock you like.

With interest rates not likely to be cut this year, I am still holding cash in flexible instruments like money market funds $Fullerton SGD Cash Fund(SG9999005961.MF$ and $CSOP USD Money Market Fund(SGXZ96797238.MF$ . Read why here.
I will be looking to add to my positions in $DBS Group Holdings(D05.SG$ $OCBC Bank(O39.SG$ while waiting for REITS to recover. I am also looking to open a position in $NVIDIA(NVDA.US$ after the stock splits.

2. Nvr had gd experience with the likes of unit trust etc
3. Diversification into different bonds n maturities
4. Perhaps more liquid
