In the latest tweet, Elon Musk of $Tesla(TSLA.US)$ mentioned that $Twitter (Delisted)(TWTR.US)$ uses a sample size of 100 to determine if the proportion of accounts that are fake.
Twitter have tons of smart people working for them, but to choose a sample size of 100 out of 330 million monthly active users is ridiculous. Even someone with basic statistics knows that. So I'm guessing they are cooking the books, and blatantly cherry picked a method ...
