$SPDR S&P 500 ETF(SPY.US$
The market has been on a downward trajectory for the past two weeks, with value and defensive stocks performing relatively better than their peers. This is following a massive rally that has produced very nice gains for investors. Are investors taking a little profit after the rally? Or is this selloff just the beginning of more to come?

To sum up for SPY, we are currently sitting at the edge of a cliff based on weekly chart, daily chart and even the VIX. We could fall anytime with a slight push. Therefore, if I am a bull, I will be very cautious, be it holding on to calls or chasing the upside.
As for the upcoming week, I think SPY should likely move around a tight range, probably around 393 to 400 ish.
I could be wrong for the last sentence as SPY is sitting right at 39...

SPY closed below 200 MA, but held on to the support level of 398. This level is quite crucial in my opinion. If it doesn’t hold, we could go all the way to sub 390. And that means most of the stocks will be down.
On the other hand, VIX seems to be waking up as it climbed back above 20. Macd is on the verge of crossing up (not confirmed yet). Next 2 or 3 days will be crucial
