Tesla, Visa and Boeing are popping in pre market after reporting their earnings.
Specifically for Tesla, it’s quite amazing that it is rallying off a very poor earnings.
Sometimes, the market rallies on bad earnings could be because the bad results weren’t as bad as previously feared. Sometimes, peope buy into the “future growth” theory.
Whether all these rebounds are dead cat bounces, it remains to be seen.
PS: definitely not complaining about this pop

He will start selling them on the open market, driving the price down. That’s what we all refer to as dilution. They’re literally going to make new shares to give to him if you people vote that way. I really can’t believe the majority of you are that stupid.

There may be two reasons for this:
1) Efficiency gains from AI may have made a portion of employees redundant.
2) $Tesla(TSLA.US$ is transitioning from fast growth to maturity, wants to boost earnings by cutting costs.
I hope it’s the first one. I am afraid that it’s the second one.

EverDust : Elon Musk is willing to do anything to secure his 56b compensation package, by pumping up stocks with unrealistic expectations, even the executives left one by one. That one stock to stay away from.
