Went into $NIO Inc(NIO.US)$ pre-market at $4.7 as it hovers near the 52w low, only to have it drop all the way to $4.5 at the open.
I predicted that it would recover and it did but it didn’t hit the take profit mark and closed at $4.67.
But yay for overnight trading because
It has gone on higher but I’m happy with what I’ve got.

$Moderna(MRNA.US)$ Karma for Moderna for the CEO's idiotic and unfounded comments yesterday about omicron virus not effective through existing vaccines, information that has not backup and rattled the overall markets in the early morning hours. Some CEO's are out only to falsify information to protect their products and share. Fraud and immoral.

$Roblox(RBLX.US)$ Hard to understand RBLX business right now if you don't have kids (dog's don't count), the world pop grows at a rate of around 80 million yearly, Doesn't matter right now if 6-8 graders losses interest in RBLX games, they will be replace by the new gen of younger gamers (who are probably more addicted to games) although I believe RBLX is committed in developing games for young and older adults, remember Amazon started as an online bookstore! In at a few thousand shares w/ cost basis $65 and breakeven cost of under $25 using premium calls/puts

$S&P 500 Index(.SPX.US)$Stocks have historically, not been so great either. Real assets, like farmland and real estate have been better.
I believe equities are the best asset class to own throughout a lifetime.
In times of inflation, hard assets are better. Hard assets that pay dividends are even better (stocks of companies that own hard assets that earn income). I bought AMT about 15 years ago (but unfortunately did not add to my position along the way until about a year ago with DRIP).
Guys what are your thoughts on $Two Harbors Investment(TWO.US)$, $Boston Properties Inc(BXP.US)$, $W.P. Carey Inc(WPC.US)$, $BHP Group PLC(BBL.US)$, $Rio Tinto(RIO.US)$, $Southern Copper(SCCO.US)$, and maybe some black gold like $Chevron(CVX.US)$and $Exxon Mobil(XOM.US)$?
