According to the official, final agreement will be negotiated within 60 days following mutual consent.
The draft memorandum includes the following provisions:

• Iran will immediately open the Strait of Hormuz to all commercial vessels. The United States will begin lifting its naval blockade on Iranian ports immediately upon signing the memorandum and complete the process within 30 days.

• The United States agrees not to impose any new sanctions on Iran until a final agreement is reached.
• Following the final agreement, all U.S. and UN sanctions on Iran will be lifted according to an agreed-upon schedule.
