$Zooz Power(ZOOZ.US$ $Keyarch Acquisition Corp(KYCH.US$ With this not being the first time happening on Moomoo regarding change of ticker conversion of shares, dont you think it is becoming more deliberate? This continued failure to automatically convert shares to new ticker is a reportable event. While the MMs and/or shorters rake money, they leave their retail investors losing their hard-earned money with this glaring inefficiency.
Their customer service was caught with her conflicting statements. First she stated she will escalate this to trading specialist.Then towards the end of conversation, she told me they are still waiting information from Interactive Brokers LLC, their clearing firm. This would probably mean they “don’t have our shares” and will wait for their clearing firm for shorts or MMs to cover position. There seems to be deliberate intention of fraud here which, per SEC, is reportable.
