XRP & XLM
$Ripple (XRP.CC)$ I know that the DTCC is exploring the use of both XRP and XLM, along with other blockchain networks. I personally hold both, though I have a larger position in XRP.
DTCC has also mentioned a multi-chain approach, so it was never really about relying on a single chain alone. The question that comes to mind is: why was XLM announced first?
My hypothetical thought is this — what would most people likely do after hearing the XLM announcement? Many may start shifting from XRP and other tokens into XLM. And if that happens, then who could be accumulating the XRP being sold? That is something worth thinking about.
