Ximalaya Seeks HK Listing with TENCENT, XIAOMI-W as Key Investors

Mainland China's online audio sharing platform, Ximalaya Inc., $Ximalaya Inc.(810114.HK)$ has filed for a listing on the Main Board of HKEX $HKEX(00388.HK)$ , with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and CICC acting as joint sponsors. Notably, $TENCENT(00700.HK)$ and $XIAOMI-W(01810.HK)$ are listed as strategic investors.

According to Ximalaya's prospectus, the company reported revenue of RMB6.16 billion and adjusted net profit of RMB224 million in the previous fiscal year, marking a significant turnaround from the RMB296 million adjusted loss recorded in the preceding year.
