XIAOMI-W Buys Back 4M Shrs, Involving $49.48M

$XIAOMI-W(01810.HK)$ disclosed in a statement that on 31 January, it repurchased 4 million shares on the Stock Exchange at a price of $12.3-$12.44 per share, involving a total amount of about $49.48 million.

Since the ordinary resolution was passed, a total of 227 million shares have been repurchased, representing 0.91% of the company's share capital.
