XIAOMI Buys back 3M Shrs for $47.4M

$XIAOMI-W(01810.HK)$ disclosed in its statement that it repurchased 3 million shares of the company on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at $15.76-15.82 per share on 22 April, involving a total of about $47.4 million.

Since the ordinary resolution was passed, a total of 278 million shares have been repurchased, representing 1.11% of the company's share capital.
