XIAOMI Buys back 3.2M Shrs for $46.37M

$XIAOMI-W(01810.HK)$ disclosed that it repurchased 3.2 million shares on the Stock Exchange on 11 December, at a price of $14.44-14.54 per share, involving a total amount of about $46.37 million.

Since the passing of the ordinary resolution, the company has repurchased 106 million shares in total, accounting 0.43% of its issued share capital.
