Meanwhile, introducing auto invest coupons offers users various benefits like discounts on fees, encouraging engagement and incentivizing participation within the trading platform.
Moomoo’s Feature - Gallery View Integration in Chat: There should be a photo gallery in the chat where everyone can see all of the pictures shared in that chat or group, especially the Premium Learn group with many teaching materials. Users will no longer have to scroll through a large number of messages to find images. Having a gallery dedicated to images makes it easier for people to view and locate images shared during conversations. It makes it easier for everyone who uses the app to share and view images.
Moomoo’s Design - User Preferences Setting: Users should be able to customise how their stock list appears in the app. They could choose to sort their watchlist by name in alphabetical order, or any other method they prefer. Once they've decided how they want their list sorted (say, alphabetically), the app should remember this preference so that it remains the same when they return or log in again. This makes it easier for users to find and monitor stocks of interest, making the app more useful for everyone who manages their stocks in different ways.
Moomoo’s community - Enhanced Events with Rewards: Provide more incentives during community events, such as earning points for trading transactions and rewarding active participants with premium features, discounts, or even personalised support.
Moomoo’s community - User Surveys and Feedback Integration: Conduct regular user surveys to collect direct feedback and suggestions from the community and give points or fund coupon as rewards for those selected genuine feedback.
