WUXI BIO Spikes 5%+ after Splashing $213M for Shr Buybacks

WUXI BIO had announced that it repurchased 11.916 million shares of the company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 6 February for a total consideration of about $213 million.

$WUXI APPTEC(02359.HK)$ rallied 5.92% to $51.9, on volume of 2.3953 million shares and turnover of $124 million. WUXI APPTEC announced that it repurchased 20.2754 million A shares for the first time on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 5 February, with a total capital of RMB1 billion, the maximum amount of total capital for the repurchase program.
