$Aptevo Therapeutics(APVO.US$ Yes this is pretty heavily shorted! But DAMN! Talk about a offering that has done some serious damage! Sheesh! Its gotta be the addition of the terrible CPI numbers that caused maybe like zero buy pressure at all that added to the massive drop! I mean as far as offerings/dilution goes. This was just a baby offering! Well i guess if you’re already in and at a pretty hi price? If you really like it? Its a place to average down at a monster discount!! See, glass half full!
