But you are to be expected to lose 90-100% of your initial capital anyways due to dilution share ratio. So what exactly are you so surprised about?

This was a trading system error. In my opinion, you shouldn’t have to compensate for losses, but they will deduct any profits earned from selling excess shares. If they demand compensation, you could consider filing a joint lawsuit against them.

104128755 Space123 : Dunno. People say take legal action all but don’t know how to read SEC compliance and funds settling. It was clearly an FTD so broker issued a short position. Complain so much but in reality they just wanted to profit unreasonably
