John Hi : One question, if this is the case, why are many of the management insides sold their shares in large quantities? surely they knew things better than us,
if you know that the shares could rise to the price of USD 32 (says) within a short while, why should they sell it at a range of 21 to 22??? they are not that desperate for cash right???
houziduffy John Hi: If your assumption is right, why didnt they sell before the QR was out. The price was 25 back then.
Bisco : Government revenue is flat and commercial revenue growth is not impressive. Taken together, doesn’t paint a positive future growth picture
practical NyanCat_76 houziduffy: You hit it.
财神来 : one of the requirements for S&P500 inclusion is at least 50% of it's outstanding shares must be available for public trading. that my 2 cents view
财神来 : anyway 3 more weeks later we will noe the answer
Nickz_AI : Employee sold some portion and May bought NVD shares haha.. Pls note they sold some percentage and they are free to do this.. Similar things happened for Qualcomm shares (after ER dropped to 140).. see where is this stock now.. same for TSM.. i guess need to wait more as no choice we have. This is my point of view..
digimonX houziduffy: Publicly traded companies have black-out periods where employees are not allowed to trade in the companies' stocks leading up to release of material information e.g. earnings. Most trades are pre-planned & executives time it after earnings release to avoid scrutiny by regulators. Nobody wanna be charged for insider trading. This is common knowledge & u see this happening for other companies as well.
105113257 : Palantir Technologies Insider Sold Shares Worth $1,917,192, According to a Recent SEC Filing
As long as the directors keep selling their shares, the price will stay low
practical NyanCat_76 财神来: But Peter & Alexander both hold about 13% only. Understand why Peter sold as was through placement in 2006. But just don’t understand why Alexander, the CEO sold recently?
