Why is Walmart (WMT) doing significantly better than Target (TGT) when they're doing the same thing?

Both Walmart and Target essentially sell the same exact items more or less and their financials are both hitting expected EPS. Aside from Walmart's larger market cap and company size, is there a reason why Target is performing horribly right now (Down 25% in the last year), while Walmart is performing wonderfully (Up 15% in the last year)?
Costco is another 1 to bring up if anyone wanted to share an opinion about that as well.
