Why is QQQ the recommended ETF over QQQM or VGT?

I always see people recommending QQQ in moomoo. Is there a reason people recommend it over QQQM (lower expense ratio) or VGT (lower expense ratio and better historical returns)?

Same with SPY over VOO. VOO has a better expense ratio and better returns. Why is Reddit so pro QQQ and SPY?
