sometimes I think they are just trying to mess with ppl who are holding n waiting and if you take loss BOOM she rips up 50-100%... sometime we need to take the loss and move on before it's too late and other times ave down and wait a month as long as RS isn't too soon. also it's under .1 so if your ave is as well you'll be in good shape I think. they have to get above .1 or delist so they usually do.
