Look at this security outflow the last 5 days.
When I looked at individual transactions, there are 410M shares being geld by retail investors. The institutional ones aka scammers dumped almost 300M shares in the 5 days preceding 8/16. Presumably the “pump and dump” which explains why price action did not move much in those 5 days. The last of the dump happened on 8/16 at about 50M shares.
I then looked at individual institutions and “Sincere” holds the lions share of 65M. So retail has 400M outstanding and Institutional about 65M. I think the scammers miscalculated and are stuck with 65M shares. To offload them, they will try when it re-opens. If the retail guys dont buy, the scammers will be forced to sell to themselves thereby pumping it a bit. So while they are pumping - thats our chance to sell. But….only 65M or so can sell. If we somehow prevent the institution from selling to each other, they might be left holding the bag. Then if retail holds steady, a short squeeze will happen. Institutional ones will need to buy more to cover their positions. Unload on them.

Kat Fisher : It sounds like an awesome idea, but not all the retail investors are on this board. How do you plan on sending them the plan. Also, these groups have many of their on ppl pretending to be investors. So if you mass message them they will know and kick you out.
Josephpierce1978 : I have been only trading a year so I have a lot to learn, everyone is trying to guesss what the stock is going to do, we all know they dump there shares but why is no one considering the price went all the way down to .95 in the last 15 min, but then shot up to 1.41 by closing! How did it go up .46?

Jaguar8 : Also these capital institutions dumped last minute so retail investors like us were left and stock plummeted. I believe the plunge % is one reason for the halt to freeze the plummet.

Josephpierce1978 Jaguar8: I would think that too, but if you took a screenshot of the chart the next morning or if you was watching as it went down, it went down to .98 then shot up to 1.41 when the trading ended, the stock wasn’t halted until the next day! Bc of that reason I don’t know what is going to happen, I’m US when a stock is that violative they would stop for a short time! I think the insider trading was someone that had a lot of shares was told the stock was being investigated for inside trading and was fixing to suspend the stock the next day so they held it for as long as they could and sold it right before the exchange closed! That is was possibility that makes since, I would love for someone explain how the stock shot up from in the 90s all the way to 1.41 ?
