Who is Marianne McInerney, the new Chief Strategy Officer?
This looks familiar, but where have I seen it before? That's right! It turns out that Greentech uses the same exact facility in Tunica that Mullen operates out of now. Interesting, but that's just where the story begins.
A top search result sounds similar to Mullen- promising production and continuously delaying it, then changing production goals from 250,000 units to only 30,000.
Near the end of the article it mentions the "EB-5 visa program". It turns out that "the foreign investors in the EB-5 program are primarily motivated by a desire to get green cards for them and their families." Interesting.
A little more digging and turns out something was fishy. GreenTech ended up being sued by 32 of those Chinese investors in November 2017, claiming the company had misrepresented itself and “swindled” them out of roughly $560,000 apiece. That's certainly not good...and it's certainly something that an Executive Vice President would be aware was happening behind closed doors.
And now Marianne has come full circle and back home to Tunica.

FANCY PANTS : I can see why Mullen wanted her. She also worked as Senior VP at $Cenntro Electric (CENN.US)$ and there's quite a few similarities. She's a master in reverse splits, dilution and deceiving investors too
