One guy ordered a sell order of $222 a share for 6 shares and another guy ordered a sell order of $66 a share at 500 shares wtf

  • Geezy305 : The way I was taught it many many years ago was when you buy a stock and have share with no sell order,they’re are able to still be used as liquidity in the market.for short sellers,etc.but when you do have a sell order,it’s basically off the shelf for liquidity in the market,because there’s a price on it.it’s now an order,instead of roaming free to be used .which will cause more pure buys.think if everyone has a sell order in a stock.the stock won’t move unless it’s a buy at sell order price .but of course the whole float would have to be locked
