🌱Singapore Airlines has priced US$500 million (S$667.2 million) worth of 10-year senior unsecured notes with a coupon rate of 5.25% per annum. The proceeds will go towards aircraft purchases and aircraft-related payments.
🌱 Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT) has agreed to acquire a 89.9% stake in four logistics properties in Germany for EUR 129.5 million (S$188.9 million). The acquisition will be funded through external debt financing, and is expected to be completed by end-March.
🌱The cut-off yield for the latest 6-month Singapore T-bill was at 3.78%, steady from the yield in the previous auction of 3.80%. Read more here.
