What's going on!
It was a quiet week last week, the activity was extremely low. I haven't traded much. This is a sit on your hand period. Next stage will start soon, watch Thursday Fed meeting. Most indexes are all set at a pivot point. If SPY does goes up it will have to be a fast pop up to break away from the downward gravity pull. In contrast, it can also drop like a rock or slowly drift down. This is a waiting game right now.
