what is probably gonna happen

$AiRWA (YYAI.US)$ so everyone is babbling about the reverse split no its not hirting the actual value of your stock no its not inherently bad.

the company directir has bought the free float and is sitting at about a 60% loss someone in the comments also claims to own almost the whole float and we’re all holding shares…. and if youre not buying holding or deciding to sell why are you here?

we can say with a very high degree of confidence id say 95% that there are many millions of synthetic shares both FTDs and Shorts in this stock. it’s impossible for there not to be given yesterdays volume. an RS should force a reconciliation of those shares.

the company itself is trying ti become a crypto brokerage which is extremely cash intensive. inexpect dilution but not immediately post split. it doesnt make sense.

think about it this way if they dilute before forcing reconciliation of shirts and ftds then the director of the board get screwed over with us, and they dont actually get the capital they need for the transition. they could theoretically push their market cap into the billions before diluting

ask yourself if you were trying to turn a failing sports store into a crypto brokerage and remain on the nasdaq are yiu gonna raise a few million dollars or a few billion dollars. it doesnt matter if jucoin is trash or not it matters that this company wants to exist and the insiders are willing to stake their own money on its existence

i intially exoected dilution between 5-20 with the rs i am multiplying those numbers by 50 id give my confidence in the play as 70%. its possible there are things like dilution already occuring which is why im not 100% but it would be stupid af to dilute before a rs. they could dilute right after but again stupid af and screws over the director of the board plus defeats the stated purpose of the split. and plenty if other things could not work or turn out to be a scam

theres obviously risk there’s obviously risk there’s always risk especially in a squeeze play so if you are here and in why are you just asdessing risk now? when we have a potential catalyst. and if you’re here and not in or considering getting in why are you here?
