I looked at the materials, and while they're making a huge fuss, it seems like they just acquired a shell for capital raising. Whether they can actually raise the funds is anyone's guess (;^ω^). It looks like Evo Fund is involved too ＼(^o^)／

Is this a strategy to somehow transfer the Bitcoin held by Metaplanet to external entities?
