Way to go GM?
$General Motors(GM.US$ with a $10B buyback, increase the dividend, lower existing operating expenses, all this over the next year? And right after telling the UAW you couldnt afford to raise their salaries? A very BOLD and heavy handed strategy to keep investors in the game is needed to right this ship i guess.
