$AERWINS Technologies(AWIN.US$ But im not sure for what rule! had until 10/25 for 1 dollar minimum bid! Which we passed and they appealed! but also the MVLS rule! And that delist date is 12/5/23! And the there is the MVPHS and that delist date is 3/6/24. They have requested a hearing where they told nasdaq they would have a plan to meet all requirements! If approved by nasdaq the approval ratio for split is between 1-10 and 1-100! Whatever the board decides! So yes approved but no firm date as of yet? Just wanted to share!![]()
