Voice of Customer interview with a GCP ( $Alphabet-A(GOOGL.US)$ ) client. Shares their use case for GCP and what their decision process was vs some of the other hyperscalers:

- Their most critical use of GCP is BigQuery, their data repository. The other important product they use from GCP is Dataform.

- They use $Alphabet-A(GOOGL.US)$ 's Looker product instead of $MSFT's Power BI because Power BI has limitations in what it can do with Google-exposed APIs, like Google Analytics.

- They are concerned that their support costs are going up because new, more complex workloads on the cloud require a higher level of engineering skill set. They would also like to see better third-party integrations with GCP as they are committed to $Alphabet-A(GOOGL.US)$ going forward.

- They also use $Amazon(AMZN.US)$ 's AWS and $Microsoft(MSFT.US)$ 's Azure for other workloads. They considered AWS's Redshift instead of BigQuery, but they found that their scale was limited with Redshift because they had to add nodes, while at GCP, it was automatic.
