Velo3D Announces Pricing of $12 Million Public Offering
Velo3D, Inc. (NYSE: VLD) announces a public offering of common stock and warrants, raising approximately $12 million. The offering includes 34,285,715 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase up to the same number of shares. The securities were sold at $0.35 per share to institutional investors.
