US-China talks emit positive vibes: Are stocks set to turn around?

Strategy for responding to the US stock market under Trump's policies.

I have already written two long articles on Trump's policies and made three correct predictions; I will not repeat myself.
In the next 90 days, Trump will gradually negotiate with various countries to seek the greatest benefits, but not with China. China will never make concessions, thus becoming Trump's biggest thorn. There will be comprehensive suppression of China, especially sanctions and restrictions in the high Technology sector, lasting at least 2-3 months. The trade war between the USA and China is unavoidable, originally potentially leading to a multi-country trade war, but it will transform into a singular focus on China.
The conflict between these two major powers, the USA and China, will certainly bring great uncertainty to the world economy and increase the probability of an economic recession in the USA. This also determines that from now until the end of the year, the US stock market will experience constant and dramatic fluctuations. This is unlike last year’s continuous upward trend. In this trend, it will actually be easier to make money, as it is necessary to keep an eye on Trump's policies as the primary factor, while other factors like Earnings Reports, CPI, and the Federal Reserve become secondary.
I recommend everyone adopt the following strategy:
1. Strictly manage positions, with half of the funds outside and half inside. Trump's policies change frequently, establish positions immediately when there is an opportunity.
2. Take profits when available and practice strict self-discipline. A surge today may lead to a crash tomorrow. Set target prices for yourself and sell once they are reached, without hesitation. Short during surges, go long during crashes.
3. Keep a close watch on Chinese concept stocks and stocks related to Chinese manufacturing, focusing mainly on shorting. Note that it requires expertise to grasp these, so beginners should avoid them. The China-US trade war has already begun, the situation is unpredictable, and it's very difficult to manage.
