  • Johnny Mnemonic : let me get this straight, you bought this as soon as it was listed?  where did u get in 21, 20?

  • Seraphicall Johnny Mnemonic: Premarket today

  • Johnny Mnemonic Seraphicall: you've got to take into account that we had like an 80% probability of a down market day. the action would be in the post and pre market stages. when the market opened at 9:30 it had a high probability of following the market down

  • Seraphicall Johnny Mnemonic: Not me. Lols

  • LowProfileOP : No, I bought at the drop of 8.50 in the pre market but taking into account that it was at 11.99 more than it rose to 21 everything indicated that it would rise in the current market, not that it would fall to 4.80, the probabilities that it would fall were erratic, that It means that investors know that this company is not trustworthy, it was just manipulation, all the purchases you see are from small investors, no one big is investing here

  • Johnny Mnemonic LowProfileOP: not really,  90% of newly listed stocks follow the same pattern. they collapse from the original price, buyers rush in immediately and there's a run up and then there's usually a collapse again. the stick then goes through a period where it finds its support levels and then buyers begin building confidence in it.
yea, there sometimes is another run right after the first, but I'd say that's a 50/50 chance of that happening. I try to play it safe 80% of the time with runners, i will gladly get out after 25%-35% gain, the only reason I let this one run, was because I bought in the day before at $5.25, because i saw that the volume was there before the market closed, so I knew it would most likely run overnight.
but I usually will not chase a runner, I just don't like the risk, unless the buyer volume is 3x, 4x, 5x+ the seller volume.
