(NASDAQ:AVTX) today announced a 1-for-240 reverse stock split of the Company's common stock, par value $0.001, which will be effective at 5:00 pm Eastern Time on December 28, 2023. The Company's common stock will trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market on a split-adjusted basis beginning on December 29, 2023, under the Company's existing trading symbol "AVTX".
