if you purchase a stock base on other people's stated price then it's better that you do not invest as you do not know their intentions.

1M65 : banks and reits are meant for long term investment for dividends. if you can get around 5.5% +/- returns then it should be fine in general. UOB ard 27.2-27.8 will be good
if stock price drop, buy in to DCA down your avg price.
