(Unofficial) PN17 Restructuring Update
To be eligible for new AAX share, you need to buy before 02 December 2025.
If you buy before 2nd of Dec and hold it until 5:00pm, 03 Dec 2025, you will be entitled the new AAX distribution shares. Market showing strong confidence in new business structure.
Key Expected Date (Personal opinion)
1) Crediting of AAX share to our nominee account.
17 December 2025
2) PN17 Uplift Application
Between 18 to 30 December 2025, provided no delay.
3) Official PN17 Exit
Depends on approval progress and duration by Bursa MY. Can by same day or few days.
If fast, within this month end. If require more time, in January 2026
Watch for annoucement for “Submission of PN17 Regulation Plan” later this month.
