if you look at the amount of licenses that this company holds that's its key asset that along with an operation that's up and running that's clean they don't have complaints at the federal level they're not under investigation and why that is important is because if you're being scrutinized by one state and your found guilty of nondisclosure or a client proving a case against you and your found guilty that the loan officer lied that type of thing you have to notify all of your other states that you do business within and many of those States will immediately prohibit you from origination until they do their due diligence to see do they even want you in their state if you're causing problems in another and it typically would result in an audit of a company not every state will do it but a number will

that's why operating a clean company with little to no complaints with a very good compliance operations very good policy procedure customer relations problem solving everything put in place it's worth a fortune because once you have that well-oiled machine all you need to do is turn up the origination volume all you need are lower interest rates and you're printing money hand over fist

if this company were to show up in searches and it's not people are going to buy it it's just that simple they'll buy the stock
