Truth Social Valuation?
Truth Social is being taken public through a SPAC.
In theory, Trump's shares will be worth $3B.
In reality, that valuation is insane -
Twitter - Valuation $12.5B with about 350M active users. $36/member.
Truth Social - $3B? With 2M users. This is $1500/member.

Happy to hear any thoughts on this disparity. But, to me, it looks like the $3B value is unsustainable. Even $100/member is high, and that is a $200M valuation.
