Truth about options trading
“Options give you options to earn passive income.”
Unlike many others, who like to paint only the rosy side of options trading, I must say options trading is a high-risk activity, which can wipe out your portfolio.
To simply or summarise it in one sentence, it would be “options trading is a double edged sword”. Therefore, whether is it useful or harmful, it all depends on the person who is using the sword (trading the options).
All in all, equpping yourself with sufficient knowledge is critical in trading options.
Don’t fear it. Learn it, understand it, manage it, and trade only when you’re ready.
