As, most of you know; on, February 2, 2026, President Trump announced "Project Vault," a $12 billion initiative to establish a U.S. strategic reserve of critical minerals and rare earth elements. The plan aims to counter China's dominance in the supply chain and protect American manufacturers of electronics, autos, and defense technology.

This is getting the table set.

I closed my long hold, (PUT), Tuesday, at $6.50 and started a new long (CALL), yesterday, at $6.82, I will ride that a week, or two and I will probably get out at around $8.30-$9.40.

I don't use options; I use stocks, due to the set strike date. I need to control when I buy/sell, on my time, not theirs. When I say,“Long hold,, I'm talking about a few weeks, not months, or years. That's a different account, on a different platform. Now, it is a perfect entry point and price.

I have been playing this stock for months, loving the returns. My heart is in (TMC).
