it's not hopeless there's some things that have to happen the first is the company has to accelerate the rollout of their app that will permit predictive betting and equity trading of all kinds that should be job one priority One they're a month behind right now in this rollout so once that's completed the next thing that should be done is the CEO should provide forward guidance for 2026 to all of the analysts what they're anticipated revenue and profits will be in predictive betting markets as well as the equity trading markets what they should also do is provide some type of guidance in terms of what they anticipate asset grab would be on the equity side in particular. if they were to do this they being this failure CEO that would stop the selling because right now this is being shorted and has been shorted since they missed earnings it's now being sold off with Bitcoin because of the correlation as Bitcoin goes so will the trading with Bitcoin going down the trading volumes drop the revenue and profits for coinbase drop proportionally that's the underlying argument. so if you can provide a reason for people to look for the upside in equity trading and predictive betting and take a new source of revenue to offset some of the transactional crypto trades institutions will start buying the stock again but the CEO is failing miserably he can't even get a fucking app out on a timely basis let alone provide any insider guidance to what the revenue will be which leads me to believe he thinks he'll provide some big giant upside surprise at some point in time obviously it won't be this quarter but maybe it'll be the June quarter which won't be until the fall which means this is a busted fucking year for the stock is what it really comes down to but if he's able to provide some type of huge upside surprise the stock reverses I think if that's his approach it's completely wrong because you want to have institutions by a head of news build a position in the company based off of forward guidance not what might be a surprise in the future
