I just realized something quite contradictory—and interesting: they're trying to issue a flood of new shares to raise capital, yet simultaneously buying back their own shares to pull those shares back in.
According to the announcement, the company has set a share buyback cap of JPY 75 billion—but where exactly is this JPY 75 billion coming from? (;^ω^)
