Retailers fell in love with this company after the historic short squeeze moment that happened with AMC, GME, and a few other names in the same week. Many retail investors made a lot of money during that time.
It is Okay to Be Loyal Sometimes
Since the squeeze, AMC's performance has been deplorable. But the self proclaimed "Apes" kept strong faith in this name for reasons that I don't understand. Regardless of the perpetually falling share price.
AMC Infadelity
The companies executives are diluting the price of their shares in order to raise capital to pay off debt, as well as to promote pay increases amongst themselves. This seems to be the reason why the companies stock price keeps falling. This also seems like cheating their investors.
Don't Get Trapped in a Bad Relationship
After having one of its worst years in the companies history in the stock market, I think retail investors are finally getting the picture. This might not be the best investment after all.
It's Time to Part Ways
The dilutions are nowhere close to being over. The writing is on the wall. All over the wall. There will be more dilution and more reverse splits until the debt is paid. Best stonk in the market, I tell ya. Personally, I would stay away from this ticker until things improve.

If anything, I would think the buy button is the last thing they would want to get rid of.
