🔥 The Options Playbook You’ve Been Waiting For: My Full Step-by-Step Option Strategies Cheatsheet!
Hey traders,
So I heard you — a lot of you have been asking how I actually plan my option strategies. Well, ladies and gentlemen, THIS is the master guide (aka option strategies cheat sheet) I’ve built for easy reference so you can finally see exactly how I structure my option plays.
This isn’t a textbook dump of every strategy under the sun. Nope. I’m only showing you the strategies I personally use — the ones that are battle-tested in my real playbook.
I’ve split everything into FOUR POWER CATEGORIES:
🔥 Bullish
❄️ Bearish
💰 Income
🎯 Earnings
But before I pick any strategy, there’s one thing I always start with…
MY TRADE IDEA GENERATION🚀
Alright traders, before I even touch an option strategies, everything starts from a thesis. Without a thesis, you can’t form an outlook. Without an outlook, you can’t pick a strategy.
And if you’ve been following me, you already know my four bread-and-butter setups — the core engines that generate every thesis I trade:
🌎 Macroeconomics The big picture: inflation, Fed decisions, bond yields, unemployment data, global events. These are the forces moving the whole market. 👉 Example: If the Fed signals a pause in rate hikes, that’s often bullish for growth and tech. If inflation spikes, I may lean bearish or defensive.
📊 Technical Analysis This is where the charts speak: breakouts, breakdowns, moving averages, trendlines, RSI, MACD, volume spikes. But here’s my edge — I also backtest setups, so I know how often a pattern worked in the past. 👉 Example: A breakout above the 50-day moving average with strong volume has historically followed through 70% of the time — that’s a setup worth planning around.
📅 Seasonality Here I focus only on the statistics. Certain weeks, months, or events have historical tendencies. 👉 Example: After triple witching in September, Week 39 has been bullish 70% of the time with an average gain of +0.8%. That gives me a statistical edge to align with technicals or macro.
💥 Earnings The catalysts. Company-specific fireworks where IV, analyst expectations, and past reactions matter most. 👉 Example: If Apple has earnings on Jan 1 with an implied $5 move, I might set up a double calendar at $95 and $105 to capture the pre-earnings volatility spike.
Once I’ve nailed the outlook, then and only then do I move on to picking the right strategy from my FOUR POWER CATEGORIES.
⚠️ And here’s where most people mess it up: they jump straight to strategies without building a proper thesis. That’s like trying to build a house with no foundation — shaky and dangerous.
So when you see my posts, you’ll notice I always start with macro, technicals, seasonality, or earnings. That’s the blueprint. Options can look super complicated (so many moving parts, so many dimensions), but when you follow this flow, it all comes together clean.
👇 And now, here’s the cheat sheet I put together for you — the step-by-step flow on how I structure my option strategies inside the app.
Enjoy. ⚡

🔥 CONCLUSION
So there you have it, traders — my master flow for planning option strategies in step-by-step framework. No more guesswork, no more confusion. Just a clear blueprint that starts with a thesis, builds into an outlook, and then matches the right strategy to the right scenario.
Remember — this isn’t about throwing darts. It’s about structure, discipline, and stacking probabilities in your favor. That’s how you last in the game.
