The Highs and Lows of Seedly PFF 2024
TLDR; Seedly PFF is back with freebies again!
From freebies to interactive games, there were something for everyone. Here's a breakdown of my experience:
Pros:
Freebies: From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with an abundance of freebies!
Freebies: From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with an abundance of freebies!
Seedly canvas bag, notebook, pin, curry sandwich, camel mixed nuts, lanyard, brands, singlife accessories bag, tea samples, cimb cap, postcards, seedly mug, umbrella, oatmilk, Manulife recycle bag, Manulife notebook, moomoo coin purse (need to deposit), bamboo luggage tag, posb dbs coinbox, IPP recycle bag, Marko book.
To be honest, TOO MUCH freebies, I have 4 bags of freebies including my laptop and charger, they were heavy to the point that my cold storage bag also torn.
Banks were stepping up their game with interactive AR experiences and fill-in-the-blank contests. The opportunity to win prizes through lucky draws and engaging in fun interactive games made the event all the more enjoyable.
Interactive Fun: I enjoyed the memory games hosted by Manulife and CIMB. Not only were they entertaining, but they also provided a great way to exercise and improve cognitive functions. It was refreshing to see banks embracing innovative ways to engage their audience.
Nostalgic Design: The design evokes a sense of nostalgia, reminiscent of old Singapore and the memories we seldom encounter in today's tech-driven world.
moomoo: Meeting Sue Khee added a personal touch to the event.

Overcrowded: I reached at 9am, the event was bustling with attendees, which made navigating through the crowds a bit challenging. It would have been more enjoyable with fewer people to contend with.
Talks & Panel Discussions: While the talk and panel discussions were informative, I wish there had been more time for deeper discussions and audience interaction.
He brought up a very important point for all those who heard at the talk especially for Traders. Good luck to us.
Ear Fatigue: The setup of the Heng Stage, where attendees were provided with headsets to listen to the speakers, resembled listening to an audiobook. However, the prolonged use of the headsets left me with a bit of ear discomfort afterward.
Tiger: Not very flexible and very boring people , unlike moomoo very noisy. I will not sign up because they don't want to give me the tiger plush toy hope @Team moomoo @Moomoo Rewards can produce moomoo plush toys like the one tiger is having but a BIGGER one.
CIMB Experience:
My experience with CIMB left me feeling a bit disheartened. I was told to scan the QR code for a chance to win a Brompton bike, which was particularly exciting for me as I'm currently in need of a bicycle, but only to be told by the whatsapp bot I needed to sign up for a credit card to enter the lucky draw. This approach felt misleading and somewhat deceived. Overall the mechanics for CIMB is good except for this.
The seedly event was a hit for freebie enthusiasts and deal hunters alike. Despite a few hiccups, the event offered plenty of opportunities for learning, networking, and fun. If you're looking to score some great deals and enjoy an eventful day out, the Seedly event is definitely worth checking out!
