John_The_Fox : the amount of fear mongering of this stock is funny. This company has subsidiaries and other ventures. Their products are comparable to big pharma firms. Relax. it's only a reverse stock split. Stuff like this happens all the time.
QianmengYu John_The_Fox: AGEN’s book has more liability than asset. Value of IP is not shown on book, such that equity can only be valued fairly in law with market price. AGEN doesn’t have cash to do phase 3. They need financing, this interest rate no way through bond, have to be selling royalty for pipeline (rarely) or equity. Either way suffers a lot with low stock price. R/S is to make price looks high, but will actually make price down to a level either sell company in 50% off, or no deal and bankrupt.
John_The_Fox QianmengYu: yeah sure. they have financing problems I'm not arguing that. Most pharma companies have that problem starting out. but he's talking about delisting ? really? stop the fear mongering already.

QianmengYu John_The_Fox: yeah, no way to delist. whole idea is to keep listed. Just side effect is hurting shareholders. Agen still has good science, just acted unwisely
102865411 : I have vested interest in this too so I read their r/s terms and there was a clause that says their mgmt reserves the right to call off this r/s meeting anytime or even if the end result voting is FOR they can still call it off. I guess we just need to vote no and they must have prepared this r/s sometime back too as a precaution.
