101611532 : See latest Announcements. I think the owner has completed the sale totalling 12mil shares. He probably need to divest some shares to provide liquidity to the market and appeal to fund managers and institutional investors to invest into the company thereby pushing the price much higher. Just my 2 cents opinion. Buy at your own risk.

GeorgeOw : Director cannot sell their holding anytime they wish. There are certain windows that they are allowed to sell to avoid insider trading rules. I have double my holding since Q1 reported. Will increase if it goes down further.
