SPACELIGHT : Drops because a stock can and will.  On its face looking at a chart, that's just a given.  But you want someone to you, who doesn't know why it dropped, to tell you why TS LA dropped, after the fact.  Fundamental reasons aside, look at the chart and where the price was before the drop.  The reason why it dropped is right there.
