Tesla is partnering with Baidu on mapping and navigational features for FSD in China.

Apollo Go is Baidu's robotaxi unit. Maybe the market is speculating that Tesla will buy the license from Apollo Go?

That may be why it's rising so much.

It's just speculation. So if it is not true, then Tesla may plunge.
